How do I list credits on a film and TV resume


Credits for Your Resume

Film credits (no role titles or character names used):

lead
supporting
principal
featured

Do not list background on a resume.

Television credits (no tole titles of names used):

Star
co-star,
guest star
principal
featured

Do not list background on a resume.

Commercial Credits:

Narrator
principal
fetured

Do not list background.


Do not list commercial on TV/Theatrical resume (Theatrical means film).


As a general rule do whatever your agent requires or the submission format required for casting consideration. In this Internet age, and with a wide range of experience and opinions out there, preferences vary.
